I can admit that perhaps Lake Pupuke is not the body of water that will make your average person fall madly in love with scuba diving. Maybe we can ask Auckland City Council to do a sculpture installation in the lake to jazz it up a bit. People seem mad about the underwater museum they have off Isla Mujeres in Mexico, although I haven't visited it myself.
