Yup, like what Andy said... How long is a piece of string.
The way I approach it is... There are somethings that increase your risk of DCI and somethings that decrease your risk of DCI.
If you are close to reaching a limit such as after a deep dive and/or deco dives, then the more things you can do that reduce risk, and the more things you can avoid that increase risk... then the better the chance of you not getting bent. Not exercising after a dive is just one of those things.
So to answer a piece of sting question with an equally long piece of sting
The closer to any limit I am, the longer I won't excercise after a dive.
I did a really long deep dive a few months ago..... I've not been to the gym since.... just in case you understand...
