Visit to the Hyperbaric Unit.

Postby divepirate » Wed Sep 12, 2012 5:04 pm

I have been in touch with the Devonport naval base Hyperbaric Unit.

If you are interested in visiting the Recompression chamber and having a tour around the unit please reply to this message.
(no dry dives will be done this time due to a change in regulations). so no narkings will take place..

The visit will most likely have to take place during the week, but I would expect it to be most likely a Thursday (schedule Permitting).

Numbers will be limited, so a first come, basis will be required.
Reply with interest and I will post the list, and lock the forum when the list is full.

I cant think of anything more relaxing, than being in the downunder, breathing some nice clean fresh filtered 21% nitrox.

Would love to come but hesitant about Thursdays. Mondays and Wednesday days I can do, or if it was very mid day Thursday and not too long (have to be in the CBD till 10 am and from 4 pm)

It looks as if I have had something come up for then, get to interview some students on their projects. If either event gets shifted I would still be very interested.
