Diving in Vietnam

Postby ChrisB » Fri May 17, 2013 10:51 pm

Not sure where this post should go, but...

I'm looking at heading into Vietnam and am curious to see what, if any, the diving is like?? Mostly going to be based in Phan Thiet region.

Has anyone dived in/around the area - is it safe to dive???

I've dived Nha Trang. It was OK. Few fish and the coral would have been good if it hadn't had dynamite holes blasted in to it! Worth a couple of dives if you're passing through, but not much more.
