Art

I like it a lot. Let's face it the level of degradation that is occurring in the world oceans far outweighs any possible impact of something like those installations, if indeed you could make a compelling argument that they are causing harm....

Some very cutting observations in his works at times. I would like to see something like this done in NZ.
