To be fair I think we have had it pretty good with the no GST on imports under $400. Its nothing more than a loop hole that needed closing, and I am surprised it has taken this long.
Dont get me wrong, I dont like it any more than you... but its inevitable.

And it still won't stop me from buying 80% of everything I buy from overseas. I can't think of anything that 15% tax will mean parity with NZ retail prices.
