World Oceans

National Geographic are currently running a special video series on the world oceans. There are 14 different videos (approximately 4 mins each) on areas such as the Arctic, Antarctic, Patagonia, Great Barrier Reef, Galapagos etc. Nice to look at if you have some spare minutes.

Excellent. Tah Ali. :D

...what I don't get and it seems the norm, is how they state that (for example) the Great Barrier Reef is the Worlds largest Marine (and Heritage) Reserve as if the 'entire or majority' is the justification for such a statement. BUT, in truth, only 33% is. I'm getting confused of late how so many places are deeming themselves something but a really just a 'minority' of the said area. Whatever happened by the above and beyond the 50% mark :?:
Its like sitting a Test and if I only get 33% right - no worries, its a PASS :?
Just drifting along with whatever is current.
Currently I'm reading : The Art of Innovation by Tom Kelley.

Casual observation - sounds a bit like the school NCEA exams...
